Pan-Roasted Chicken with Shallots

It is rare that I can find a recipe on-line that sounds tasty and does not require me to modify it at all.

Today was my lucky day because I found a real winner of a recipe.

I literally prepped, cooked and consumed my meal in one hour.  It’s a real simple recipe, packed with flavor.

I used chives instead of parsley because that is what I had in the fridge.

Now it’s time for me to watch American Idol.

Earlier today, I read this “truism” and it made me chuckle, so I thought I would share it with everyone.

I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

      I love the flavor of chives. To me parsley does not have enough flavor, even flat leaf.
