Apple Pie Parfait

Are you bored with eating just a plain old apple?  I found a way to make an apple into an incredible dessert for only 4 PP

Apple Pie Parfait

Serves 1

4 PP


  • 1/4 cup diced apple
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lite pancake syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ounce Kashi Go Lean Crunch
  • 6 oz light vanilla yogurt


In a bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, syrup and cinnamon.

To assemble the parfait place a sprinkle of granola at the bottom of your parfait cup. Add a layer yogurt and a layer of apple mixture. Repeat layers a second time and top each cup with granola and apple.

 What a great dessert for such low PP value.  Serve it with an Indian Spice Chi Tea and you will be so content.
