English Muffin Mini Pepperoni Pizzas

I remember my mom making these tasty treats when I was a little girl.  If you use the right ingredients, these lower calorie morsels are just as yummy as when my mom made them.

English Muffin Pizzas

  • 2 100 calorie English Muffins, split into 4
  • 1/2 pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup Weight Watchers brand shredded four cheese blend
  • 1 ounce mini pepperoni’s (they are so cute)


Preheat the broiler.

Arrange the muffins cut side up on a foil lined baking sheet. Toast the English muffins in the broiler until golden brown and crisp on top and bottom. Spoon a generous tablespoon of pizza sauce over each muffin half. Top with the Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

Place the pizzas under the broiler for a few minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbling and slightly golden. Serve warm.

There are more baby pepperoni tucked under the cheese.  Yum.  I enjoyed making these and the hubby and the boys loved them too ❤
