This evening I tried my hand at grilling watermelon. While I ate it as a snack, you can easily cube this and serve it on a salad with some feta cheese.

I had purchased presliced watermelon to test this out. If you have a watermelon that you slice, you will need to make sure it “dries” out first.
Lightly sprinkle your melon with the course sea salt. Let it air dry for a bit, then pat them with a paper towel.
Heat your frying pan, brush the melon slices with olive oil, place on the heated pan. Grill for about 5 minutes.
