I modified it just a tiny bit. I have to tell you that even though the alfredo sauce was thin, it was not lacking in flavor at all.
The Laughing Cow Alfredo
7 PP per serving
one package of fettuccine noodles, cooked
- ½ cups Skim Milk
- 1/2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon light butter
- 3 wedges The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss
Combine the milk, cheese, garlic, butter and Laughing Cow wedges in a pot over low heat until melted.
Pour 1/4 of the sauce over 2 ounces of cooked fettuccine and top with pepper and parsley. I served mine with broccoli raab
