Today was definitely the kind of day that you crave something warm for the soul. So why not a slow cooked chicken soup. It definitely fits in with the WW PP plan, it’s super easy to throw together and in the end you can freeze whatever is left over. (if you are even lucky enough to have any leftovers).
Here is the recipe. Depending on how much chicken you dish out, it will be approximately 3 to 4 PP per serving.
- 1 lb chicken breast tenders
- 1 teaspoon minced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 oz reduced sodium chicken broth
- frozen peas, carrots, corn, beans
- salt and pepper to taste
Toss all the ingredients above in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
