Veggie-tize your Pizza

on

Today was a good day.  I actually managed to get 30 minutes on the treadmill.  I ate better, but alas, I only tracked breakfast.  Better than nothing, I guess.  I have been busy at work as well as preparing for a garage sale this Saturday.  So it’s been hectic, to say the least.

Not much time to think about creative cooking ideas.  But I did put a spin on my English muff pizzas that I made a while back.  For that recipe click here.

I simply replaced the pepperoni with orange peppers.  These little guys are only 6 PP.

Now don’t they look yummy.

Feel free to add your favorite veggies. I just happend to have this lonely yellow pepper in the fridge. What type of veggies would you add? Hey, I just realized, I can track these pizzas I ate too 🙂

  1. I remember my mother making what she called “Pizza Spins”. This is very much like it except she used ground beef. Keep in mind, back then no one I knew was in Weight Watchers and I ate what mom cooked for dinner. I HAVE to try this recipe.
Question: The 6PP and 9PP (of your original recipe) is that each or for all four?
    Thanks!

    1. Jeff It’s 6 or 9 PP for 4 slices (2 english muffins split). I love these beause they are quick and you can bulk it up with a salad.

great idea! I love sun-dried tomatoes, olives and peppers on my pizza!

    1. Yummy. I do like olives on mine. Oh and mushrooms too.
